Victoria is the owner and Director of Victoria Wall Consulting (VWA Consulting). She primarily works with Chief Executives and senior leaders in a range of business sectors to include FTSE 250 corporations, leading investment management firms, pharmaceuticals and technology. Her project experience encompasses executive coaching, board facilitation, performance management, leadership development and design and facilitation of team building and strategy days. She sits on the board of two companies, and is a Trustee of two charities.

Victoria´s keen interest in assessing potential performance and assisting individuals with their career development led her to set up her first business, Victoria Wall Associates Ltd. Recruiting for a broad range of leading organisations in the financial services sector, pharmaceuticals, management consultancy and the media, Victoria developed strong experience in advising on organisational change, recruitment and development programmes.

In 1994, Victoria’s genuine interest in leadership development prompted her to train in management assessment and emotional intelligence with key players in the field of Occupational Psychology.

Victoria’s coaching style reflects her experience in running two businesses, and is highly focused on helping her clients achieve their business goals, and performing more effectively in their role.

Shelly Chauhan is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Executive Coach, with several years’ experience of working with a diverse set of clients including large financial organisations, management consulting firms, technology businesses and pharmaceutical companies.  

Shelly has a keen interest in individual development and emotional intelligence, with a particular passion for drawing on current brain science, especially methods that integrate and synthesize findings about the brain, mind and body. Shelly also draws from well-validated psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy.
Shelly has developed and regularly runs a high-impact 9-week course on Mindful Emotional Regulation. This offers a powerful method of regulating emotions and managing stress, incorporating mindfulness and other techniques for self-regulation. Business Coach and Consultant

Cecelia joined VWA Consulting over 3 years ago as a business coach and consultant, and works with a variety of clients from manager level upwards.  Her clients range from tech, finance and media firms, as well as entrepreneurs and start up founders.  She has a structured approach to coaching in order to develop tangible behavioural change related to specific identified objectives.  She always aims to integrate the wider context of the coachee’s role and organisational culture into the process where relevant.  Cecelia has a particular interest in developing high potential talent and young leadership with a focus on developing presence and gravitas. 

In addition to individual coaching, Cecelia runs team building days and facilitates wider strategic off-sites.  She often works on assessments using the Hogan psychometric suite and is also able to partner with organisations to design and deliver assessment days for graduate hiring.
