We believe every ‘away day’ should be stimulating and memorable, focused on agreeing practical actions and outcomes, as well as having fun!

Our team building approach enables groups to develop a shared understanding of each other’s personalities and work styles, with the aim of creating a set of insightful and practical actions that bring them together. Teams will come away with a series of deliverables, and a deeper understanding of how to work together effectively. We do this by:

  • Team analysis and feedback measuring personality and values, using a range of psychometrics such as the
  • Understanding each other’s workstyles and communication style
  • Building group identification and shared identity
  • Building trust and open-mindedness.
  • Focusing the team on common goals, challenges and deliverables

Bespoke Training

Our training courses are based on rigorous and up-to-date scientific research, combined with many years of experience and practice.

We are able to design highly tailored training on a wide range of topics, and on new areas that we find within our remit of experience and expertise. Our training is usually designed in the form of an interactive workshop, with no more than 10 participants, as we believe that this enables people to secure better learning outcomes.

Our off-sites are entirely bespoke with a flexible facilitation style aimed at enabling senior leaders and executive teams to discuss and develop sustainable business strategies and goals in a relaxed or formal setting.

We facilitate off-sites that are designed to provide senior leaders with the opportunity to discuss and develop business strategies, visions and goals, focussing on short and long-term deliverables for meeting the company requirements. Our consultants will drive the agenda, and draw out agreed action, enabling CEOs and Business leaders to be participants.
